Maxim Rubchinsky

I had the honor of having Maxim as part of my engineering organization.

Maxim is a gifted software engineer, Ninja code, a researcher, and an architect in his soul.

Maxim is one of the people that can really push an organization to the top-notch technically out there,

he is thrilled to face new technology challenges and complex problems and come up with the most elegant solutions.

He is a technical leader and a great teacher; I love every second of working with him and do technical brainstorming.

When I first met him, I understand he is a rock star, he starts as a senior developer but quickly got promoted to a tech lead and then to an architect.

I am looking forward to the next time when we can collaborate again!

I worked with Maxim when he first joined Zerto several years ago. From the moment Maxim joined, he demonstrated great technical skills and involvement in the most challenging and demanding features and customer cases. Maxim is a "hero programmer" - able to design and implement code in relatively short time and at great quality.
Maxim's ability to learn new domains and technologies allowed him to quickly be promoted to an architect position. As an architect, Maxim was always involved in the most demanding challenges we had.
Maxim’s "push forward" attitude, friendly personality, "can do" approach, and great technical skills makes him a great member in any team he will join.

I've worked closely with Maxim for the last 3.5 years, since he first joined Zerto as a senior developer.

In a very short time he proved himself as one of the most capable people and was, rightfully, promoted to a hands-on group-architect position, which he carried out successfully and with great passion.

Maxim performs well both as an individual, starting at any stage of the development, and as a team member.

When he works as part of a team he will usually take on the harder/challenging parts (technologies, architecturally, implementation or boring). He is always happy to help and invests time in training, advice, and guidance to the rest of the team.

Over the years I've worked with him, Max succeeded to achieve outstanding results under high pressure and tight resource and scheduled constraints, showing professional attitude, highest level of technical knowledge, and responsibility.

Maxim is one of the most capable guys I have met. He has a vast knowledge and experience in both architecture design and implementation, and he does both with passion.

He constantly keeps up with new technological and development technologies and always looking where they can be applied.

He can start a new project, involving new technologies and challenges, from scratch and very quickly learn everything there is to know, become a domain expect, design, and lead the development resulting in a robust and scalable solution.

From my experience, solutions designed by Maxim survived the test of time easily adapted to different scale, performance and requirement changes while keeping solution maintainability.

Technical and architectural discussions with Maxim are very fruitful.

Maxim knows how to analyze the requirement, present, and argue his ideas clearly while paying attention to the various constraints from the low levels of the code to the high levels of the system architecture.

I learned a lot from all of my meetings and discussion with him.

He he his super technological person - for that reason he got the most complex techonlogical designs and developments. off course that he always gets to the best results.
In addition, he share his knolwedge with the team in a very professional and friendly way.
And above all that he his a very friendly person and he his one of the people you love to see and talk when you come to the office.

Maxim, is an exceptional professional. He is a positive force of change. We came closer while setting the architecture of a new product, it was a pleasure to work together. Justly Maxim is known for his stamina and passion for work. These are coiled with him being tech savvy and an open, good, person - resulting in good software deliverables and a wealth of people who manage to do their work better.
